Bigtaka reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified age will be held pending verification.
Each individual may hold only one bigtaka account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and the mobile money account details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bigtaka account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Bigtaka will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bigtaka support immediately.
Bigtaka accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a mobile money account registered in your own name. Bigtaka does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bigtaka reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for compliance or security reasons.
Deposits are credited to your bigtaka wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes of completing the transaction, you should contact bigtaka support with your transaction reference number. Bigtaka will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit issues within 24 hours.
Bigtaka does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges. Bigtaka is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests on bigtaka are processed to the same mobile money account used for your most recent deposit. All withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Bigtaka processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes on average during normal operating conditions.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, bigtaka may require you to complete identity verification if you have not already done so. This is a standard requirement and is not specific to any individual player. Providing accurate verification documents promptly will ensure your withdrawal is not delayed.
Bigtaka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these general terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.
Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward the requirement.
Each game available on bigtaka is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game on bigtaka, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. Bigtaka uses certified random number generation for all games. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by bigtaka or by any player.

Bigtaka reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these terms, provided false information during registration, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at bigtaka's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile money account within five business days.
All content on the bigtaka platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, video and the bigtaka brand name — is the intellectual property of bigtaka or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bigtaka platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the bigtaka platform or its content without prior written permission from bigtaka. Unauthorised use of bigtaka's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Bigtaka provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bigtaka makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Bigtaka will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to payment processing that are outside of bigtaka's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bigtaka's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Bigtaka is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
